There are many aspects to Tai Chi. Tai Chi involves body and mind relaxation exercises, slow meditative routines, balance, control of energy flow and Qi Gong, all in an effort to improve health and martial art skills. Jing Shuai’s teaching principle is based on helping students to learn and benefit from practicing Tai Chi in a relaxed, safe and friendly environment.
Jing Shuai is a qualified Tai Chi Grade Examiner as awarded by the Chinese Martial Art Association. Her training took place under the guidance of renowned and respected Tai Chi Masters at their schools in China. Jing offers Maintaining Wellness Tai Chi short form classes and drop-in classes for children and adults at Roost Studios.
