The three bedrooms are upstairs, and feature a beamed master with queen bed, roomy bedroom with two twins, and a bijou third bedroom with full bed. The upstairs bathroom is modern and well-lit, with luxurious steeping tub and shower. Downstairs is another new, full bathroom (with shower), and washer / dryer.

There are two wonderfully comfortable living / lounge spaces, each with fireplace and plenty of traditional windows. From the front parlors one moves back to the spacious dining room, and beyond to the peacock blue, well-appointed kitchen.

The owner cherishes her newly landscaped garden, complete with zen fountain. Lush, outdoor “rooms” provide varied places for conversation and meditation, and the deck with gas grill is a great place to socialize while putting together a memorable meal. The extensive rear gardens are beautifully lit, for enjoyment late into the evening.

Just 3 blocks from Front and Main, the house is walking distance to town, yet tucked into a quiet, residential area. Around the corner is Sterling Harbor (not a swimming beach) and a bike ride away to Gull beach and 5th Street Beach and 69 Steps. All others are a longer bike ride or a very short drive.
